Initial login

Depending on the Single Sign On (SSO) configuration of the tenant, the initial login screen displays different options:

  • If OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML authentication is configured, these options are displayed first on the login screen. If a Default SSO provider is set, this option is highlighted with a solid background color on the login screen.
  • If Allow local login is enabled in the Tenant SSO Settings in addition to an SSO provider, a Sign in with email account option is also available.
  • If there are no SSO providers configured, you are prompted to log in with an Email address and Password.
  • If Allow local login is disabled, and there is only one SSO provider configured - you are automatically redirected to the SSO provider.
